ZAVUZI is currently in a private Alpha: a test of unfinished software with a small group of invited people. Accounts can only be created with a personal invitation.

• Bugs are expected and features may change. Some test or unfinished features may need adjusting.
• We intend legitimate Alpha accounts and content to carry forward into ZAVUZI's launch and will make reasonable efforts to preserve them, but we can't guarantee that a technical problem will never cause data loss.
• Monetisation isn't active. No payments can be made or received, and Inner Circle memberships can't be joined.
• Adult Creators are welcome, but 18+ publishing and viewing are not available during the Alpha, and no age-assurance provider is active. See “Sensitive and 18+ content” below.

ZAVUZI is operated by ZAVUZI LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17517386 ("ZAVUZI", "we", "us").

You can contact us at social@zavuzi.com. These Terms form an agreement between you and ZAVUZI LTD when you use ZAVUZI.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use ZAVUZI. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this minimum age.

This minimum age is provisional. We are monitoring UK regulatory requirements ahead of public launch and may change the minimum age, or introduce additional checks, where required. If we do, we will update these Terms and tell you where appropriate.

Meeting the minimum account age does not give access to restricted 18+ content. Users under 18 are never eligible to access 18+ content. See Sensitive and 18+ content.

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@zavuzi.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Any account holder may apply to use creator tools. Creators can publish posts, offer memberships ("Inner Circle"), upload music and audio, and offer digital products, where those features are available.

Creators are responsible for what they publish and offer, including descriptions, prices, benefits and content classification. Creators must follow our Community & Creator Guidelines.

Additional requirements may apply to creators before they can receive payments or publish certain kinds of content. These will be set out when the relevant features are available.

You keep ownership of the content you create and share on ZAVUZI. To run the service, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resizing or transcoding), display and distribute your content on ZAVUZI, to the audience you choose, for as long as it remains on the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for backup, safety and legal purposes.

You must have all the rights needed to share your content. Don't upload anything that infringes someone else's rights. See our Copyright & IP Policy.

Creators may offer recurring memberships in tiers. Each tier shows its benefits, price and billing frequency. Higher tiers may include the content of lower tiers, as described on the tier.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Creators may offer digital products such as files, sample packs, presets or guides. A product may be free, included with a membership tier, or offered for a one-off price once purchases are available.

Access to a digital product is for your personal use unless the product clearly says otherwise. Don't redistribute, resell or publicly share product files without the creator's permission.

Live purchases are not enabled yet. When they are, final details will be shown at checkout, and our Refunds & Cancellation Policy will apply.

Creators who upload music or audio confirm they own or control the rights needed to share it on ZAVUZI, including any samples, compositions and recordings it contains. Listeners may stream music on ZAVUZI where the creator allows it. Unless a creator offers a download, music is for listening on ZAVUZI only.

ZAVUZI is a mainstream creator and community platform. Content on ZAVUZI is classified as General, Sensitive or 18+.

• Sensitive content may be shown behind a warning, and you can choose how it appears in your settings.
• 18+ content is restricted. You must satisfy the applicable age-assurance requirements before access is granted.
• Self-declaring your age does not by itself establish eligibility for 18+ content.
• When 18+ publishing is introduced, creators will need ZAVUZI's approval before they can publish 18+ content.
• ZAVUZI may classify, reclassify, restrict or remove content at any time.
• We may refuse access to restricted content where age eligibility cannot be established.

Some content is never allowed on ZAVUZI, whatever its classification. See our Community & Creator Guidelines.

• Break the law, or help anyone else to.
• Harass, bully, threaten or abuse anyone.
• Share content that sexualises or exploits minors in any way.
• Share intimate images of anyone without their consent.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Pretend to be someone else, or mislead people about who you are.
• Scam, defraud or spam people, or manipulate engagement.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, age restrictions, blocks or moderation.
• Interfere with, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

The ZAVUZI name, logo, design and software belong to ZAVUZI LTD or its licensors. You may not use them except as needed to use the service normally, or with our written permission.

You can report accounts, posts and comments in the app. We review reports and may act on content or accounts that break these Terms or our guidelines.

Actions can include warnings, reclassifying or removing content, restricting features, temporary suspension and permanent bans. Where appropriate, we will tell you about action taken on your account through in-app notices.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we must do so for legal reasons, or to protect users or the service.

You can stop using ZAVUZI at any time. During the private Alpha there's no automatic account deletion: to ask about closing your account, contact support@zavuzi.com. A member of the team handles each request manually, so it isn't immediate. Some information may be kept after closure where needed for safety, legal or record-keeping reasons, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Payment functionality on ZAVUZI is not live yet. When it launches, payments will be subject to the supported payment services available at that time, and to any additional terms shown at checkout.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We work to keep ZAVUZI available and secure, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Content posted by users and creators is their responsibility, not ours.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

ZAVUZI is evolving, and features may be added, changed or removed. We may update these Terms. When changes are significant, we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring claims in your local courts, and you keep any mandatory protections under the law where you live.
