Community & Creator Guidelines

Last updated 29 October 2026 · Operated by ZAVUZI LTD

ZAVUZI is built on closer connections between creators and the people who support them. These guidelines keep it a place people want to be. They apply to everyone — members, creators and visitors — and to everything shared on ZAVUZI.

1.Be respectful

ZAVUZI is for creators across fitness, music, learning, lifestyle and more, and the people who support them. Disagree with ideas, not people. Treat others as you'd want to be treated.

2.No harassment or bullying

Don't target, intimidate, humiliate or repeatedly contact anyone who doesn't want it. Don't encourage others to do so. Hateful content attacking people for who they are is not allowed.

3.No threats or violence

Don't threaten, incite or glorify violence against anyone. If you see something suggesting someone is at immediate risk of harm, contact the emergency services first, then report it to us.

4.Zero tolerance for child exploitation

Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited, including child sexual abuse material, sexualised depictions of anyone under 18, and grooming or soliciting minors. We remove it, permanently ban the accounts involved and report it to the relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

6.No illegal content or prohibited transactions

Don't share illegal content or use ZAVUZI to offer, buy or arrange anything illegal or regulated. Examples include:

  • illegal drugs, weapons or other regulated goods;
  • stolen goods, counterfeit items or pirated material;
  • sexual services or exploitation of any kind;
  • anything involving trafficking or coercion.

7.No scams, fraud, spam or manipulation

Don't mislead people for money or personal information, run fake giveaways, or take payments outside ZAVUZI under false pretences. Don't spam, use bots, or artificially inflate followers, likes or other activity.

8.Be who you say you are

Don't pretend to be another person, creator, brand or organisation, or mislead people about your identity. Parody and fan accounts must make clear they are not the real person.

9.Respect creators' work

Only share content you made or have permission to use. Don't upload other people's music, videos, photos or products as your own. See our Copyright & IP Policy.

10.Classify your content correctly

Every post is classified so people see what they've chosen to see:

  • General — suitable for everyone on ZAVUZI. Most content belongs here.
  • Sensitive — may upset some people, for example medical, injury, or strong themes. Viewers can choose to hide it, see a warning first, or show it.
  • 18+ — restricted adult content. When it's introduced, only creators approved by ZAVUZI will be able to publish it, and it will be shown only to viewers who have met the applicable age-assurance requirements. Self-declaring an age does not unlock it.
Private Alpha: 18+ content can't be published or viewed, and no age-assurance provider is active. Adult Creators are welcome and may post General and Sensitive content. Profiles, photos and bios must suit everyone, and trying to post explicit material during the Alpha may lead to removal or enforcement.

Subject to UK legal review

Creators are responsible for classifying their content correctly. ZAVUZI may review, reclassify, restrict or remove content, and repeatedly misclassifying content can lead to enforcement.

11.Extra responsibilities for creators

  • Describe memberships and products honestly, including what's included and how often you'll post.
  • Deliver what you promise to your members and buyers.
  • Make sure everyone who appears in your content has agreed to it, and that everyone in any 18+ content is an adult who has consented.
  • Follow the law that applies to you and your content.

12.Reporting

Use the report option on any profile, post or comment to tell us about something that breaks these guidelines. Reports are private: the person you report isn't told who reported them. You can also block accounts at any time. For urgent safety concerns, email support@zavuzi.com.

13.Enforcement

Depending on how serious it is, breaking these guidelines can lead to a warning, content being reclassified or removed, temporary suspension or a permanent ban. The most serious violations, including anything involving the exploitation of minors, lead to an immediate permanent ban. See our Terms of Service.
